A block buster when it first came out in 2007, the eagerly awaited follow up to Fooled by Randomness, Nassim’s magnum opus explores the impact highly improbable events have on our businesses and lives. He introduces a new domain in our world, one in which our cognitive facilities are ill prepared for, where the exceptional has dominance. His message is conservative but his insights are extraordinary. There are a lot of positives here, even if the ideas are best explained by disturbing events. Not bad for a guy passing himself off as a limo driver!
