In the course of developing our advisory practice The Conall Group has been recognized as a trusted partner in identifying companies who offer solutions that benefit our clients. Over time, we have developed a portfolio of alliance companies whose products and/or services we believe will bring value to our clients. We actively research the industries we operate in for companies, including early-stage formations, which provide competitive advantage and that fill basic needs of our clients.
Our role is to introduce our alliances when we see areas where their capabilities address a client's need. We then act as an honest-broker by assisting our clients make the best decision in selecting the required solution, and by advising our alliance on how to best serve our client's need.
We are compensated by our alliance companies for introductions, sales and product/service development and completed sales.
